Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation, similar to meditation, that allows us to access our subconscious mind. 

 

Our subconscious mind stores our memories, beliefs, habits, fears, and programming. It is often responsible for the range of mental, emotional, and physical issues we experience, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, fear, limiting beliefs, negative habits, and repeating patterns. Hypnosis works directly with the subconscious mind, making it an extremely powerful and effective technique for long lasting change.

Hypnosis sessions are three hours long and may focus on letting go of blocks and limiting beliefs, neutralizing your past, increasing your confidence, forgiveness, self-love, manifesting your soulmate, career success, and much more. 

 

Sessions can also include regression therapy or timeline therapy and may focus on healing childhood trauma, uncovering the origin of a specific problem, breaking a contract from a past life, anchoring your goals into your future timeline, accessing the superconscious mind, and much more. Sessions will be customized based on each client.

Hypnosis is ideal for clients who are dealing with issues including, but not limited to:
