Service Description

This introductory session will provide you with a deeper understanding of what our work together would entail. We will briefly discuss the issues and challenges you have experienced in different areas of your life. I will answer any questions you have and provide a recommendation on which service would be best. If you decide to move forward, we will also discuss rates, scheduling, and next steps. Please take a moment to review the services offered before booking this appointment. If you are in network, it is also recommended that your complete your Headway profile before booking to ensure your insurance is accepted. This will also allow me to review your co-pay, deductible, etc. so I can provide the most accurate information. Accepted insurance plans include: United, Oxford, and Oscar (New Jersey) Cigna, Aetna, United, Oxford, and Oscar (Florida) Empire BCBS, Cigna, Aetna, United, Oxford, and Oscar (New York) Insurance Verification: Please visit On the right side, you will see a menu button. Click login, then click create an account. You will be asked to enter your insurance information. Once you enter your insurance information the system will let you know if you have a co-pay or deductible. You can then enter your payment information. Please note, even if you have a $0 co-pay you will still be asked to keep a card on file. Also note that you will not be charged for the 15 minute intro session. It is free of cost. Cancellation Policy

Appointments for three hour sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. All other sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel or reschedule an appointment in time or miss an appointment, you will be charged for a full session. Refunds will not be provided for services already rendered.
